The E-Backup service is billed quarterly. If a company pays for a year of service, the setup fees are waived. Pricing is charged for compressed storage on our servers. For instance, you may have 500 mb of Word and Excel documents getting backed up but actual compressed size may be 200 mb. Databases files and pictures do not compress.
